I’m Dr. Theresa Gattari, a University of Michigan trained, board-certified adult psychiatrist passionate about helping women find calm, clarity and balance.

I take a holistic, hormone-informed approach to psychiatry, offering medications, supplements, psychotherapy, lifestyle tools and mind-body practices to help you feel more grounded, joyful, and in control of your life.

My style of practice is holistic; I consider deeply how all areas of your life are contributing to your symptoms from a biological, genetic, physiological, psychological and social perspective. I utilize a wide range of evidence-based tools including the safe and judicious use of medications, supplements, healthy lifestyle strategies and mind-body practices.
