Overview of Role
We are seeking experienced and dedicated psychiatrists to join our team. This is a unique
opportunity to be part of an innovative mental health company that values flexibility, autonomy,
and professional growth. The psychiatrist will see patients as it pertains to oversight for
mid-level practitioner care. Your role will involve seeing four patients in an hour overseeing the
quality of care provided by the mid-level practitioner team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of mid-level practitioners, including nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
- Conduct periodic check-ins with patients to ensure quality of care and address any complex clinical issues.
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to the patient care team.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to maintain high standards of care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Utilize telehealth technology to connect with patients and the care team.
Qualifications
- A Board-certified Psychiatrist.
- Valid medical license in the state(s) where you will be providing supervision.
- Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technology.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
