Mind Health Group is a Rehabilitation and Mental Health Organization. We provide Psychiatry, Therapy, and Pharmacy services Michigan residents.
We are located in South East Michigan, with facilities in Oak Park, Livonia, and Southfield. We service all of Michigan via telehealth services.
Our Call center hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and on national holidays.

Mind Health Group uses telecommunication platforms designed specifically for use with doctor's offices; HIPAA protections/security is built in.
You do not! Our psychologists are available and can help you decide if seeking medication management is right for you.
We do accept health insurance! BCBS, Medicare, BCN, HAP, Cigna, Atena, Humana, Auto No-Fault, and Workmans Comp. If you don't see your insurance listed, we also have out-of-pocket rates. A physician assistants, also known as a PA, are state-licensed, national certified medical professionals who can evaluate, prescribe, and treat.
Therapy can help support you in managing how you feel and concerns you have in daily life; this can occur with or without pharmaceuticals.
During your initial visit you will meet with a therapist for an initial evaluation to discuss what is bringing you to therapy. From there, you and your therapist will work together to develop treatment goals that align with your needs.
We typically schedule one therapy session a week, but depending on your insurance policy and needs, we are able to do appointments more or less often.
Although these are typically talked about interchangeably, general counseling tends to be more supportive in nature and targeted towards a specific issue/concern while (psycho)therapy is based more in researched practices for helping to support you in developing a more in-depth understanding of your experiences and patterns of thinking, and learning strategies for managing stressors or symptoms you may experience.
Your patient care team will send all of your information to our pharmacy and every month you will receive your medications right to your door. You already have a preferred pharmacy? Not a problem! We can electronically send your prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy.
